Business problem  

A large Variable Annuity financial services firm needed to automate their core collateral. Our project was to create a marketing strategy, process, technology evaluation, and transition plan for producing investment collateral. The documents within scope were performance fact sheets, advisor service updates, investment pitch books, market commentaries and sales collateral for multi-channel distribution.

• Establish future state and define obstacles to achieve success
